Had a chance to get to the Texas State Fair yet? If not, ya had better get along! This weekend is the final weekend at the glorious fried festival down at Fair Park in Dallas.
In addition to all of the famous food options that lay scattered around the Fair grounds, there are also plenty of live attractions. Check out this website that allows you to take a look at any upcoming attractions. On Saturday, try heading over at night for the premier concert attraction – Casting Crowns. If music just isn’t your thing, think about heading over to the Pan Am Arena on Sunday afternoon for Jump! Ultimate Dog Show. It features high flying dogs that do masterful tricks that is sure to thrill any dog lover. If neither of those activities (or the many others on the aforementioned website) excite you, try checking out one of the museums on the Fair property.
Of course, all of those options only matter if the food, games, and rides throughout the park just don’t do the trick for ya. Just like we said here, the Texas Star Ferris Wheel is a must-ride attraction because it is the tallest in North America.
You or someone in your family a car fan? Go over to the auto show that has been running throughout the State Fair. While they have antique roadsters and some classic rides in show, there are also plenty of new cars to check out and sit in. Check out the latest features in some of the sharpest looking cars on the market!
